What we do
MyPromoOrder gives you a single place to order custom branded promotional products. We work with multiple product suppliers and decorators to have your items decorated with your branding and shipped to you.
Once you log in, you can:
- Browse a product catalog of items available to your account
- Request a quote on the products you want
- Review and approve a proof, if required, before anything is produced
- Track your order from production through delivery
We handle sourcing, decoration, and fulfillment so you get finished, branded products without managing the process yourself.

Ordering and pricing
Pricing on MyPromoOrder is by quote. Product pricing depends on the item, the quantity, the decoration method, and your shipping destination. You will see your full price, including shipping, before you confirm and pay.
All orders and payments are processed in US Dollars (USD). We ship to addresses within the United States.
Secure ordering
Your order is processed through a secure, encrypted connection. Payment card information is handled by a trusted third party payment processor under industry security standards. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own systems.
